We believe in data minimalism. We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide the VibeTest experience across our assessments (including Memory Span and Puzzles), generate your reports, and maintain the leaderboards.

1. Data We Collect

• Test Performance Data: Reaction times, accuracy, and choices made during the assessment. This is the core of the service.
• Account Information: If you choose to verify, we store your email address and a hashed authentication token.
• Technical Metadata: Minimal browser and device type information to ensure test compatibility and prevent fraud.

3. Secure Infrastructure

We utilize industry-standard, secure cloud infrastructure for hosting, database management, and email delivery. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. When you generate an AI report, anonymized session statistics are processed by a leading large language model to generate your narrative; no personal identifiers are shared with this model.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VibeTest for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or other means to artificially inflate scores or spam leaderboards (including the Puzzles running-score leaderboard). We reserve the right to ban users or remove scores that exhibit patterns of tampering.

2. No AI Assistance / Cheating

Our leaderboards are meant to reflect real human performance. Using AI tools (including chatbots), answer generators, automation, or third-party help while taking any VibeTest assessment (including Memory Span and Puzzles) is not allowed.

If we detect cheating or suspicious activity, we may remove results, restrict accounts, or permanently ban users.

The VibeTest platform, code, visual design, and specific test mechanics are owned by us. However, you own your results. You are free to share, screenshot, and publish your badges and reports anywhere you like.
